Healing at the root

Psychotherapy for adults and couples in Los Angeles, CA

“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom”

Maybe you’ve tried it all.

Worksheets, self-help books, advice from friends (or, let’s be real, social media). And yet something still feels off, missing, or even painful. My clients come to me when they’re ready for something deeper. In therapy, we can slow down and bring awareness to what is lying beneath the surface — old wounds, past patterns, and quiet strengths. This is where lasting change is found.

Who I help

I specialize in working with those who want to heal from, improve, or build better relationships. Maybe you struggle with anxiety, poor boundaries, people-pleasing, or self-abandonment. Perhaps you both crave and fear closeness. In therapy, we can explore the relationship patterns you have with yourself and others and notice where you are stuck. By tuning into your emotional experience, you can learn to express yourself authentically.

I’m passionate about helping couples identify and resolve difficult relational patterns. Maybe you and your partner have the same exhausting fight on repeat. Or perhaps intimacy has diminished and you both feel lonely. Maybe trust needs to be rebuilt after infidelity. In couples work, I aim to guide you through a process of excavation to unearth what emotions and needs are underneath these patterns. That is the fertile ground where true love grows.
